Why We Do What We Do
We are passionate about raising city changers within our children. Our curriculum has been written around the Doxa Deo Mandate as to equip our children with the knowledge of the finished work of Christ in our lives.
We want children to not only learn about God's plan for their lives, but also experience HIM for themselves. For this reason we are passionate about leading children in worship and prayer.
We also want children to not only have head knowledge but be able to apply what they have learnt to their everyday lives as well. For this reason relationship with their coaches are a high priority for us. We ask a high level of commitment, because we place a high value on relationship!
Doxa Deo Kids
is the children's ministry of the Doxa Deo family and functions at every campus.

Our ministry is not there to babysit children, but to minister to them, to equip them and to train them in the way they should go. Our dream is to help children discover their true identity in Christ and a living relationship with God. For them to discover their gifts and calling in Christ and start living their calling at a young age, as to make an impact in their community they live in. It is a privilege to work with children because they are the most important people group according to Matt. 18:1-6.
Our Ministry Strategy is...
To be a support system for our families in laying a Christ centred foundation for their children, leading them to develop a personal relationship with Christ. To impart a passion for God, integrity, people, service, cities and nations in our children, equipping them with the knowledge of their gifts and abilities. Creating a platform for them to develop and an opportunity to live their calling from a young age.

Doxa Deo Kids Ministry Involvement
Involvement in our KIDS ministry is basically categorized in 3 areas:
Serving Team
Registrations, Coach Assistants, Refreshments, Décor and Multimedia
Coaches
Small group leaders for kids and small group leaders for adults.
Presenters
Teaching the word to kids, worship, puppet or dance teams.

Application process explained
We appreciate your interest in being a part of our team at Doxa Deo Children's Ministry. During registration we will be asking some very personal and private questions. It's our intention to know the people who will be entrusted with our younger children. The information contained in this document will be treated with the utmost of confidentiality and respect. No one will have access without proper authorization.
The questions asked are not designed to offend or to pass judgment, but rather create an environment where a person's past will not hinder the ministry in carrying out its mission in a safe, fun and productive way.
A personal interview will be scheduled with all potential volunteers. This application is to be completed by all applicants for any (voluntary) position involving interaction with younger children as stipulated by the child protection act. This is not an application for employment.
